The State of Missouri Caring Communities included increasing the employment of parents as one of their six core results. Philliber Research Associates worked with Caring Communities to monitor the results.

The Long Beach Workforce Initiative (908LB Works!) is an interlocking network of employers, a local college, and local non-profit agencies working to connect low income, unemployed residents with family wage, career track jobs. It is supported by the James Irvine Foundation as part of a foundation collaborative. Philliber Research Associates provides an evaluation of the development of the collaborative and tracks the process and outcomes that are being achived.

Pacoima Workforce Development Initiative is a project of the Los Angeles Urban Funders which seeks to create new jobs in Pacoima and to remove barriers to employment among Pacoima residents. Philliber Research Associates has worked with the Initiative to develop its evaluation system and currently gathers, analyzes, and reports on the progress of the Initiative.

The Robin Hood Foundation - Since 1992, PRA has been providing annual evaluation services to the Robin Hood Foundation's more than 30 job-training programs, including a cost/benefit analysis.

Stepping Stones is a case management program in Kingston, New York, seeking to move difficult to employ people into jobs paying a living wage. Philliber Research Associates provides an evaluation of the progress people are making and the outcomes that are being achieved.
