Philliber Research Associates has been performing evaluations for education, health, and human service programs for more than 20 years. Its senior partners have even more extensive experience in this work.
We regularly subscribe to industry publications (e.g., from the American Evaluation Association) and are well schooled in such essential standards as confidentiality, random assignment, blind techniques, objective writing styles, and objective measurement. We have been called on to complete important national random assignment studies, a measure of the confidence in our work from the field.
Our senior staff hold doctoral level degrees or have extensive experience as research or program managers. We employ checks and balances in our work, and have a willingness to work with our clients to make sure that high quality research results from our efforts.
We are skilled statisticians, data analysts, and data collectors. We include in our repertoire of skills both qualitative and quantitative techniques and believe that both are important tools in research that are useful under different circumstances. We produce myriad evaluations each year and many of our clients are continuing—a testimony to their satisfaction with our work.
