Continuous improvement in our programs can only be achieved by learning about our successes and failures. Philliber Research Associates believes that an evaluation is within the reach of virtually every organization and should become a part of their basic operations. To that end, PRA can:
- Work with organizations to define their desired outcomes
- Select measurement strategies for these outcomes
- Design a process or monitoring evaluation to track services provided and characteristics of those reached
- Create overall evaluation designs including surveys, quasi-experimental and experimental designs
- Help select comparison or control standards when appropriate
- Collect data
- Analyze those data
- Write evaluation reports for various audiences, including professional journals
- Help programs understand the implications of their findings for program revision and strengthening
