Successful programs begin with a careful needs assessment, answering the question: What does my organization need to do? Answering this question need not be costly or lengthy but can assist an organization in designing strategies that not only work but will be acceptable to the population of interest. Philliber Research Associates supports the needs assessment process by offering assistance to:
- Define the problem that an organization wants to address
- Design an appropriate study strategy to learn what the population of interest needs and what they will accept as an intervention
- Collect and analyze needs assessment data
- Produce research instruments as necessary for this process
- Clarify with an organization what was learned and how it should affect the design of program strategies
