Debra Bartelli joined Philliber Research Associates in 2002 as a Senior Research Associate; she is based in Memphis, TN. Debra received both an MPH and Dr.P.H. from the Joseph L. Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. She has more than 15 years of experience in public health program delivery, research, and evaluation. Her primary areas of expertise include HIV/AIDS, teen pregnancy prevention and reproductive health. Dr. Bartelli’s recent work includes evaluation of infant mortality initiatives, after school programs, and re-entry programs for prison inmates. Debra’s Memphis clients include United Way of the Mid-South and the Memphis Shelby County Health Department.
