edward parkerEdward Parker has been a data analyst with Philliber Research Associates since 1992. He has Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Utica College of Syracuse University, and a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the State University of New York College at New Paltz. His experience at PRA is diverse and includes evaluation of projects involved with young fathers, teen pregnancy, housing, the homeless, needle exchange, HIV/AIDS, prison, high school initiatives, and after school tutorial programs. His responsibilities include creating program models, designing forms for use in evaluations, SPSS programming, data analyses, graphic design, and creating reports and presentations.
