Jill Nault has been a project manager with Philliber Research Associates (PRA) since 2004. She has a Master of Science degree in Social Work with a concentration in Management & Community Practice from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining PRA, Jill worked with NIH-sponsored studies designed to investigate the impact of lifestyle interventions in chronic disease populations. Jill also has prior experience in resident advocacy within the long term care system. Her primary evaluation interests include interventions geared toward psycho-social aspects of living with chronic disease and re-balancing the long term care system toward options for home- and community-based living.
Jill works with a variety of programs within the health and social service delivery system including those geared toward infant mortality, youth development, workforce development, re-entry for incarcerated populations, victims of domestic violence and agencies that receive federated funding to serve children, families, seniors and adults with disabilities. She is involved in designing evaluations, developing evaluation tools, qualitative and quantitative data collection, statistical analysis and report writing. In addition, she provides training in evaluation methods as well as works with clients to create/revise program models and plan data management systems.
