mika'il deveauxMika’il DeVeaux has been a data analyst with Philliber Research Associates since 1992. He has a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the State University of New York College at New Paltz and a Master of Professional Studies degree in Theology from the New York Theological Seminary in New York, New York. Mr. DeVeaux currently directs the New York City office of Philliber Research Associates, and is the lead analyst on an array of projects. He recently completed a Soros Justice Fellowship, is a criminal justice advocate and works on prisoner re-entry issues. His experience at PRA includes evaluation of projects involved with community-building initiatives serving youth and adults, housing and human services, youth risk behaviors, teen pregnancy and sexuality education programs. His responsibilities include managing staff located in the New York City office, leading on-site data collections, supervising data collection teams, as well as the recruitment, training, and management of field staff, management of incentive accounts and payouts, instrument design, creation of program models, consulting, and administering the Early Screening Profile.
