Rita Turner has been a data analyst with Philliber Research Associates since 1991. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics/Business from The College of Saint Rose in Albany New York and a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration from the State University of New York at New Paltz. She has sixteen years experience in day-to-day project management of the evaluations of human services programs. Among other projects, she currently works on the evaluation of a school-linked services initiative in Marin County California, an after-school program for girls in Memphis Tennessee, and a residential and ambulatory chemical dependency treatment program for women located in New York City. In addition to analysis and report writing Rita also provides training and technical support to new data analysts.
