William W. Philliber, one of the founders and senior partners of Philliber Research Associates, holds a Ph.D. in sociology from Indiana University and has more than thirty-five years experience in program design, development, and evaluation. He is the author or editor of six books and has written several dozen articles. His recent activities include evaluation of out-of-school time programs, early childhood education programs, teen pregnancy prevention programs, HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention programs, school improvement projects, and organizational capacity building efforts. He regularly leads Community Engagement Processes around the nation.
